Great place! Very homey environment and our server was great. They ensured that my pizza would be prepared separate, but could not be cooked separate in the oven. I did not have any problems as they ensured the oven was hot enough where there shouldn’t be any issues. Felt great afterwards and the pizza was delicious.

They have a VERY tasty gluten free crust made in house. The server made the mistake by bringing out my order on a non gluten free crust which I could tell right away and they remade it. Other then the mishap, it was good...Wish it had a little more flavor though

AMAZING gluten free pizza. Best I’ve ever had honestly. They do say on their menu though that it is not a gluten-free kitchen.

Gluten free pizza was the best in KW! Did NOT get sick! The ovens cook so high that there was no trace of non GF flour. I am celiac and felt fine.

Gluten free pizza is amazing! They get the doe imported from Italy made with almonds. Also they offer GF dessert! The flourless chocolate cake is amazing!

We called in advance to verify they were truly gluten free. They stated they prepared their gluten free pizza in a separate area. Shortly after eating it we were sick. If you are celiac DO NOT EAT HERE!

My kids are on gluten and casein free diets and I am allergic to cow dairy. I was delighted to see Buffalo mozzarella and Romano (sheep) cheese as an option. The server seemed skeptical but it came out without cow dairy or cross contamination (or I would be sick as a dog today). The kids had the gluten free pizza without cheese (just toppings) and it was excellent. This place is busy so you can expect a wait. Pizza came out quickly nonetheless but we got our own leftover boxes and waited a long time for the check. While they got it right, I'd be nervous if celiac. This place seems better for those with intolerances.

Best flourless chocolate cake I have ever had! I wanted to order a GF pizza but as soon as I mentioned to our server that I have a severe allergy, she was adamant that the kitchen was too full of gluten and that the pizza was not a safe option. I instead had a nice spinach bacon salad.

My husband is gluten intolerant and also a self-proclaimed "pizza aficionado." He said the gf pizza was amazing and has had it twice in 4 days! Atmosphere is nice, clean and has AC.

Salad was good but pizza crust not so good. Burnt all around and flat. Really inedible crust but toppings were good.

Great gluten free pizza, but the place isn't celiac friendly. If you are just gluten intolerant like me it is so worth it. The pizza is baked in the same wood oven as other pizzas and there is flour in the air.

Ordered the Parma ham and egg pizza on gf crust: delicious toppings but not the best gf crust I've had. Some parts of the crust were completely charred. Otherwise, excellent atmosphere and a great place to go for gf and non-gf diners!

This delicious wood-fired pizza place is very much off the beaten track and does require a car ride to get to. However, for the glutenfree diner, I can promise you it's worth it. They have an extensive menu of specialty pizza options ranging from white pizza to sautéed vegetables, most of which can be made with a gluten-free crust. This place was probably my favorite meal of the entire trip. The food was delicious and the service was extremely accommodating. If you do find yourself down in the Key West area, make sure you put aside a night to seek out this hidden gem.

Authentic home style Italian, great gluten-free "wood fire"pizza.No gluten-free pasta, but excellent salads, sausages.
