I loved visiting Root. The owner was there and was so nice and accommodating. Items on the menu were clearly marked GF. They serve brunch, salads, coffee drinks and have a full bar. The decor is very cool with an old piano working as the creamer bar. They were able to make changes for me by making one of their delicious smoothies dairy free with almond milk. They also let me bring in my own gf bagel so I could have a lox and bagel for brunch. They knew not to to put the bagel in the the toaster so as to not cross contaminate. They were very knowledgeable. I’ll be back.
