Review of Root Down

Have eaten here twice. Has been my favorite place of those I’ve tried since my daughter moved to Denver. The food is interesting and delicious, and they have tons of GF options. Tonight all the apps & meals our table of 4 ordered were already gluten free! Dessert was the highlight tonight. The chocolate bomb was SO good. I love it when I can eat gourmet GF food and not something plain and boring.
