Review of Root Down

Wow, one of the best salads ever at an airport. Farm to table Cobb with grilled Chicken. So big I could not even eat it all, and I regularly make my own big salads. Chef curated ingredients. BIG pieces of chicken. Yellow mild beets, a few dates organized separately on the plate so you can easily remove them if you wanted. Only downside is the high price. I felt very comfortable safety wise. Will definitely return next time I'm in the airport.
