Roots is the best place for dietary and allergen options in the area! Their Gf sandwiches are amazing and they always have a great selection of cupcakes, cookies, bars, to go wraps, overnight oats, etc. that are so delicious. Roots makes me feel like being gluten free is normal as most of their items even in the market are gf.

There are many gluten free options here (frozen foods, pizza, and pastas). Gluten free baked goods had a fantastic frosting but were a bit dry for my liking. The smoothies were fabulous.

This place is always busy, small space, and small menu. If you don't mind this then you will love this place. The sandwiches are great and large portion! Another plus is the grocery/vitamins/cosmetics store they have. Many gluten free products other stores in the area do not have.

I've ordered take out from this place a few times. I recommend calling ahead if you can plan for it. The sandwiches are decent - pricy though. The bread does fall apart. The grocery section in the back is awesome though!

Definitely better options in the area. The bread fell apart completely, making a huge mess. The blueberry iced tea tastes like cough syrup. Also, definitely priced high for what it is.

GF bread, staff said dedicated GF panini press. Reuben was excellent. Beet sandwich was interesting (not totally to my liking). Wait on Sat was 35+ minutes.

Good food priced a little high for the area. We consider it worth is. We have not had an issue with sandwiches, smoothies or rice bowels.

It is pricy, but it is one of the few places that I can go to for a deli-sandwich fix. I especially love their soups!

Love Roots! Gluten free and clearly labeled soups, salads, bowls, and sandwiches (as well as smoothies and fresh made juices). They have FOUR gluten free bread options including foccacia and have a dedicated grill for GF. I don't know about cross contamination as I am currently suffering symptoms from being 'glutened' elsewhere, but you can rest assured their smoothies and juices are v safe!

I've eaten here twice. Did not get any reaction either time, and the second time I had a grilled sandwich made on the panini press. The food was good, especially the gf bread, but a bit pricey - hence the 4 stars.

Beware...... Even though they claim the panini press is dedicated GF and they understand Celiac I had the worst reaction ever from eating a sandwich from Roots. Great store otherwise but won't eat here ever again

It was delish but pricy. I know we have to pay for quality so I would go there again for sure. The Cob Salad was huge.
