They do not handle anything well in here. They change gloves for allergies but the pita chips are tossed around contaminating all the ingredients

You can substitute whatever you want to make it gluten free and they will change their gloves and use different bowls for mixing but watching them put together my bowl I still think there's a possibility of cross contamination

Each time I eat there they add pita chips in by "accident". They don't pay enough attention to be celiac friendly. Also haven't done anything to prevent or minimize cross contamination.

Does not have a "menu". But told them I had serious gluten "allergy" and the same person changed gloves and walked me all the way through the line. Had gf el jeffe bowl no pita no feta sub goat cheese. SO DELICIOUS!
