The workers all seem to be knowledgeable about gluten and cross contamination. They’ll immediately change gloves if you let them know you have an allergy. There are only a couple items with gluten in their ingredients, but they are close to the other ingredients so can get some spillover. Nevertheless, we (2 people with celiac in the group) have been there many times and no issues.
