Their bowls were delicious! I ate here 3 meals in a row when visiting State College. The first time I just had them add the items that were not near the pita chips or bulgur to my bowl. The next two times, I asked them to get fresh ingredients from under the counter and they were nice to accommodate me and they seemed to understand the possibility of cross-contamination/contact. The food was wonderful, it was fast, the staff was helpful, and I never got sick and I’m super sensitive. Highly recommend! A family member was in State College for the summer and this was her favorite place for healthy good tasting food, and she doesn’t even have allergies! Highly recommend!

My daughter and I (both celiac) have eaten here many times and not been glutened. The staff is always very accommodating and will change gloves if you ask them. Also! It’s delicious.

I ordered the El Jefe bowl and let them know I had a gluten allergy. The worker changed gloves and made mine without the pita chips. They subbed the chips for sweet potatoes. The food was so good and I didn’t feel sick. The only two items that aren’t gluten free are the pita chips and the bulgur. Very good choice!

Love this spot! Think elevated salads and really filling bowls. They are good about limiting cross contamination and switching ingredients. Food is healthy AND filling!

Delicious food! Only a few non-GF ingredients used here...like pita chips and bulgur. Have never gotten sick eating here and am a frequent flyer!
