the serving staff and kitchen were very knowledgeable about celiac! when we made the reservation we let them know I had celiac ahead of time, and they immediately knew when the greeted us at our table, asked who it was, and then even told other staff as well. When they came around with bread my plate was skipped (only downside of the night is that they didn't have gf bread). Almost every dish except for a handful were made without gf ingredients, and they assured me my meal was made away from any gluten. THEY HAVE A DEDICATED FRYER 🥰 their truffle fries were amazingggg and the gf creamed spinach is heavenly. Additionally our server let me know if a dish was gf or not everytime someone ordered a plate, and I was able to share steaks with both my parents! At the end of the night we got a dessert for my dad since it was his birthday, which was a sundae. Without me even asking, they put all the toppings on the side in little edible chocolate cups, and the server let me know they did that bc they knew I was celiac. I happily ate the berries, cream, and ice cream, while my mom and brother had the flourless chocolate cake(also gf!). Overall great experience, the only bloating I got was from eating an obscene amount of good food ❤
