Rosa Negra

Like nearly all restaurants in CDMX, GF items are not marked on menu at Rosa Negra. However, the wait staff and manager confidently steered me toward GF items and offered to modify others on my behalf. Service was outstanding, as was the atmosphere. Guests here are treated like celebrity VIPs. I had the Ora King Salmon, which was fantastic. No GF deserts on the menu, though.
