Rosalia's Deli

The staff here truly went above and beyond! They have Certified GF bread in which can be replaced for any of the panini's they offer. They use a separate toaster and separate area to eliminate cross contamination. One would just need to be aware of what spreads or dressings they can have but the staff was more than willing to substitute! They also offer a 12" GF pizza crust but I am not 100% sure whether or not they have a separate oven as they use a brick oven to roast their pizza's. Lastly, all of their chips are Certified GF annnnd they have a fridge in which they have prepackaged GF pasta (good variety!) for purchase! Highly recommended!!

We stopped here while traveling and all four of us were happy, including my super picky celiac 11-year-old. She was able to have a simple grilled cheese panini while the rest of us had more sophisticated sandwiches.

It was great to have a large selection to gluten free sandwiches to select from, and all of our selections were yummy. The staff was very aware of gluten allergy issues and super friendly.

I highly recommend eating here!

All pizzas and paninis can be made gf! The gal who took my order was very knowledgeable, the food was delicious, and they even have gf meats and pasta that you can take home!!

My daughter and I love this place!!! Pasta and gluten free panini's are fabulous!!! Customer service is outstanding!!! Very polite and friendly!!!
