Local small breakfast and lunch place I used to frequent with my coworkers for breakfast after night shift. I called the other day and found out they have gluten free bread for toast, can make french toast with said bread, the home fries can be made gluten free(seasoned red skin potatoes), and most eggs/omelets are gluten free. So armed with some new knowledge my non gf coworker and I headed over to get breakfast. Keep in mind this place is CASH ONLY but so worth it. I ordered the little breakfast which is coffee or juice, eggs any style, meat choice, toast, home fries, and pancake or french toast but no gf pancakes here. I specified it was an allergy(I have celiac but more understand allergy) they asked if they could use butter for toast and french toast which was nice. Food was delicious and on first glance/taste I couldn’t tell the difference with the bread. I’m not sure how safe this is if you are a super sensitive celiac but I didn’t have any major noticeable issues and will definitely be back for another breakfast soon.
