Gf raviolis were amazing as previous poster mentioned. Caprese salad was delicious as well (gf). One of best gf dinners I’ve had in Prescott since living here 5 years plus.

Rosas has plenty of GF options and great sangria too! I've had the rice paper wrapped shrimp, the pizza and the amazing raviolis. Everything tastes great there!

First, I love their food! They have delicious homemade Italian sausage that tastes like my mom’s ♥ As far as for those with celiac disease it’s an absolute no go, for the gluten free pizza anyway. I tried a second time just to be sure.... Sadly I had such a severe reaction that I’ve been sick for months. Just feel compelled to warn you. As I said, great place, great food, just not for me

I went thinking I’d have the GF pizza but then discovers GF chicken and kale ravioli with pesto cream sauce. So good. Not a large portion, but with a salad it was plenty.

Excellent choice for gluten free. Most of their pasta dishes can be made GF. We had the pesto chicken and the rigatoni Palermo. Both were delicious. My daughter has celiac and is very sensitive. No issues. Just be clear about your GF needs when ordering. And this was our second delicious visit!

Had the GF pizza, It was great, not the frozen crust so many places use. cheese and sauce was excellent. WARNING staff made it clear kitchen does not have a designated GF area. risk for cross contamination is high.

Not celiac friendly but if your gluten intolerant there are options that are yummy. I have had a few gluten free pizzas and theirs is by far the best. They also have a chicken and kale gluten free ravioli and a yummy gluten free chocolate cake. They also have some yummy salads and if they are not supper busy you can make special requests. They can make their chicken martini gluten free if you ask.

after talking with them multiple times to make sure they knew about cc and asked how they prepare the gf food they assured me I would be safe but unfortunately shortly after eating my food I realized I had been glutened 😧 definitely not 100% safe for a celiac to eat there never going back eat at your own risk

as they tell you, they are a pizza pace, and for us flying around all over the kitchen. they have gf pizza crust but beyond that, they don't have any particular policies in place for preventing exposure. or, if they do, Mr waitress Diane know about it. I found the appetizer great and unappetizing. I can't eat there anymore since the people I know for four poisoning there. granted it was several months ago but it bothers me.
