Review of Rosati's Pizza and Sports Pub

My daughter is celiac so called first and asked about measures they took for cross contamination with their Gf pizza……the waiter said not to worry because all the gluten “bacteria” is killed with the heat of the oven… then I asked to talk to the manager….he was silent for about a minute and just said they washed the trays before baking any pizza… felt not safe at all.

How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contact?
