Celebrated my husband's birthday here. Our second time dining here.
The first time was a year ago. We were downtown, hungry, and stopped in -unaware of the place.
Peckish for a snack we split the appetizer of sausages and peppers. Delish! We knew we had to come back.
Second visit: reserved a table for two. Upped the reservation to 3 over their reservation site-was easy.
Gluten free items are marked clearly on the menu. They note gluten free pasta is available for any pasta dish. Specials were told to us by our waitstaff. To find out if one of them was safe I did need to ask.
I had the seafood risotto special, with scallops. Wow. Talk about indulgent and rich. My friend who is also celiac had the linguine and clams pasta with a wine sauce. Gluten free penne subbed for linguine. The flavor and portion size of her dish were both DEEP.
For dessert we split a slice of the spumoni. Which is served like a slice of cake! (Is not cake, but is layers of ice cream or gelato).
Verdict: romantic ambiance, easy to navigate menu, shared kitchen spaces, delicious Italian staples,
$$$.

They have GF items marked on the menu and GF penne pasta. Lots of steak options as well. I would say not celiac safe....we ordered mussels marked GF for an appetizer and they came with garlic bread in the same bowl. I had told the server my daughter needed GF. But we had a good meal.
