I wanted to like this place more, but I think me & my party were not the target audience and that sullied our experience. Seating was not sufficient nor suitable for a group of 5 full sized adults. Music was much too LOUD and inhibited conversation. But it would be a great date place for young folk, assuming they could pay 10-15$/ per item for small plates & drinks.
Aside from all the issues mentioned above, I was confident in their ability to provide celiac safe gluten free food & drinks. I had fried chicken & fries which is simply not available anywhere else in Chico. I might go back, IF I could sit outside on the patio, however they didn’t have heaters set up and I doubt they’ll last till spring.

Roselle is pretty new — I went there tonight and pretty much everything on their food menu is gluten free. The owner told me the frier is dedicated gluten free. I had karaage chicken which is batter fried and it was delicious. Also they use tamari instead of soy sauce in all the dishes. The only item that wasn’t gluten free was the hamburger. I recommend this place.
