Although not indicated on the menu, most of the entrees were gluten free. The reception had told me the salad dressings, French fries and most entrees were GF. I opted for the cheeseburger (and of course said no bun). The waiter said they have gluten free buns! It was high quality and delicious, and canes with a small side salad and excellent fries! Loved our first lunch in Montreal
