Review of Rosen Plaza Hotel

The menu didn't list anything, but the chef came out. He seemed knowledgeable. He even didn't send something he originally discussed sending because he had rechecked and thought it may have a problem. Made a special delicious dish. Nothing dedicated, so contamination may be possible, but he used clean pot and grill, etc. I'm only giving three because of the lack of dedicated. But the food was 4.
