They use Udi bread as their gluten free option. It’s serviceable, but the meat, cheese, etc. in the sandwich are delicious. Great to have an option where all can get a sandwich!

Great gluten free bread and they use Ken's for the Russian dressing which is gluten free. So happy I don't have to miss out on this place! I will note that the bread appears to be buttered and toasted, likely on a flat top, so be aware of possible cross contamination. I am celiac and had zero reactions from eating here.

They carry gluten-free bread, so any of their fantastic sandwiches can be made gluten-free. I did not check on cross-contamination, but I would assume that would be a risk factor unless you specifically request it.
I am loathe to criticize a local business these days, but their takeout method is very disorganized. I ordered online 45 minutes before pick-up at 12:30pm. I went at 12:25; at 12:50 I finally got the worker's attention about my order, and she discovered they had written it down as 2:30. They fired it up immediately, but it was still a very long wait. Further, I went the night before at 5:15 to discover it closed, despite the website saying they were open until 6pm. In sum, call before you go and verify your order upon arrival.
