The staff is great and knowledgeable. Also willing to double check with the chefs on options and variations of dishes to make them GF (because they do not have a GF menu). They also do not have dedicated fryer, which the staff was good about pointing out which things to avoid due to this. Very tasty and appreciated how accommodating they were.

This is a nice restaurant, and the staff seemed very conscientous about avoiding gluten contamination. The number of gluten-free options on the menu were very limited, however.
