Friends wanted to go here and I called in advance. I was told they cook gf pasta in a separate pot of water and they have a few dishes noted as gf on the menu. When we were ordering I asked the waiter what can be accommodated and he said any of the pasta dishes - they sub the gf pasta (only penne). They can also adapt the main entrees since they are all prepared as ordered and separately.

I had the hearts of romaine salad and the pasta bolognese. The food was good, not the best Italian I’ve had but enjoyed our night with friends. No issues from the food. I’ve become much more sensitive in the last year.

I also learned from the north nj gf fb page that many celiacs eat here without issue and the owners daughter is celiac.

I felt comfortable with the safety.
