Cross contamination is a very high possibility here. Wouldn’t recommend if sensitive to gluten. No gf menu.

Probably our favorite place in all of Upper Kittitias County. While we have eaten here for years, our friends work there now. It was really nice to have further verification that the methods used to prepare food are careful. The guys in the back are sweet, and the front of house staff is eager to please. Good variety on the menu.

Delicious food, great communication with the server, and did not get sick.
The birria tacos are amazing and totally GF as is, and they took extra precaution to clean any shared cooling areas/surfaces.
The mole is not GF, just FYI. Will absolutely be back!

Very very yummy!!! 90% of the menu is gluten free (except mole and flour tortillas) and they take celiac very seriously. Chips and (very spicy) salsa are delicious! Portions are huge.
Been three times so far and liked everything so far. I didn’t care much for the beef fajitas though,I think because I am used to getting steak fajitas.
Good choices: Pollo Loco, Cheese Enchiladas, Sopes, Carnitas Street Tacos, and Chicken Flautas.

I was impressed with our waitress’s knowledge about GF and reassurance that 90% of their food is safe. (The flour tortillas and mole contain gluten.) She mentioned they also have a dedicated GF frier.
The kids meals were good sized (for my 8yr and 6yr olds). All around, a pleasant and affordable experience for our family of 5, (3 celiac).
She also gave us some suggestions for other GF friendly places in Roslyn.

The reviews don’t lie. You can literally have anything but the flour tortillas and Mole sauce. The chips are so good. If your vegetarian there was a great option with little corn muffins. (It said tortillas but it was more than that) filled with black beans. I ate here three times while on vacation. Never got sick. Staff is great

The food at this restaurant was very fresh and tasty. The Nachos had an abundance of toppings. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the perfect gluten-free food. Everyone in our group greatly enjoyed their meals.

I don’t know if things have changed recently due to COVID but the food quality tonight was pretty poor. In both of our dishes the meat was dry and it was obvious that the tortillas were made a long time ago (they were microwaved before serving and were super dry throughout and hard around the edges). If these were homemade, they were not freshly made. Serving old tortillas doesn’t make sense to me given how easy and fast it is to make tortillas. These were no better than tortillas you buy off the shelf in the supermarket. I was really disappointed especially after all of the great reviews. The best part was the fresh salsa and fresh refried beans. Spanish rice was ok. Our server was very pleasant.

I've eaten here 3 times with no ill-effects. It's my favorite place to grab a bite when I'm in town. Everything I've tried has been excellent -- I'm particularly fond of the Camarones a la Diabla. Most of the menu is gf (it's not marked, but the staff will tell you). Avoid the mole and anything with a flour tortilla (any of the burritos, basically) and you're golden.

Fantastic Mexican place! Super friendly, relaxed little place. We had the best Gluten Free options. They hav 3 dishes that are not GF, everything else in the menus is safe to eat! We will definitely will come back!
Yes
Great service, all items on the menu but the mole sauce and flour tortillas are gluten free. Waiter was friendly and very knowledgeable. No problems with dairy free either. Their corn tortillas were homemade and the braised beef was out of this world delicious. Definitely worth the short trek off of I-90.
Yes
The staff was knowledgeable! Basically everything is gluten free.
I inquired about gluten free options and the server immediately asked if I was Celiac. Knowledgeable, friendly and darn fine sopes.
