Review of Roti

Roti is great and very accommodating for those with gluten allergies or Celiac disease! The manager comes over to make your meal to insure the safety of it. If you get the GF pita they wrap it in foil and then grill it so there is no contamination. There is possible contamination with the items that are next to the couscous, but just be aware and don't choose those things or ask if they have any that are not on the bar yet.
