Server very knowledgeable and checked in with chef. Great food. I'm not celiac but gluten sensitive big time and I was fine. Highly recommend !
My name is Nicole Mummolo and I am the sous chef at Rouge. I am a diagnosed celiac for 6 years now. My executive chef, other sous chef and I are able to accommodate celiacs. We do fry wheat containing items in our fryer but can accommodate request if given notice. Please come try what we can offer you. If you can give me some notice I can accommodate anything!
