They said that they thoroughly clean surfaces and change gloves when preparing my food. They also have someone else besides the server bring out my pizza as a precaution because the server handles gluten and doesn't want to risk cross-contamination. She even offered me a paper plate if it would make me feel safer. Very impressed considering there is not a wide selection of GF on the menu.
