They only have a “gluten free” fryer depending on when you go. Our server said it starts gluten free and then sometimes toward the end of the night they need to use it for other items, so be sure to ask and/or avoid if you want to be 100% safe. We went shortly after they opened for lunch and I had the Lobster Club with gluten free bread and fries. It was delicious and I had no reaction!
