The waitress spent a considerable amount of time going over the menu item by item citing gluten free, gluten free option and gluten free but possible cross contamination due to fryer. I felt there were plenty of options even though it was a small menu, and the food was delicious!

They are able to modify food items, they “Do Not” have a dedicated fryer.
