Ordered nachos and advised waitress I was celiac and explained that meant GF, that the waitress assured me were GF, and they came SERVED ON A FLOUR WHEAT TORTILLA. Their menu advertises “Gluten-Free” options, but that just meant swapping a bun for a GF wrap. Waiter told me sandwiches, etc were GF for this reason but couldn’t answer questions about ingredients in these options that likely had gluten. When I pointed out her mistake she said “oh I just can’t keep up with all of this gluten stuff.” The WORST. Was very sick from having a few nachos before I saw the wrap.
