Have been here dozens of times and never gotten sick. Idk about the review claiming they don’t have a dedicated frier; I’m almost certain the arepas are pan fried so there’s no issue there and the staff are kind and will help you out with whatever you need. Don't be intimidated by the fluent Spanish conversations in the kitchen, they understand English perfectly well and always want to keep customers happy.
