I have celiac disease and have eaten here countless times and never have gotten sick. these are absolutely the best tacos in middletown and arguably the best tacos I've ever had. they use all corn/mesa flour and there is no gluten in any of their ingredients. They do sell flour tortillas for personal use but they only use corn tortillas for their tacos made in house. I will say I am unsure about them being celiac friendly because I don't believe they are aware of CC and other such things regarding gluten free diet, but they don't use anything that would cause CC anyway. Highly recommend for any taco lovers, this is my favorite spot to eat at.
