Just called in an order and the lady I spoke with was super helpful. She warned against all of the sauces, they contain flour, and the cheese as they toss it with flour so that it does not stick. She recommended fajitas. First time trying Ruben's, hopefully with no reaction.

It was great. Only 2 items on menu with gluten. No problems but of course will update if there is up to 48 hours after post.

EVERYTHING is gluten free except their flour tortillas, homemade corn tortillas, and chorizo. They have gluten free chips and white corn tortillas.

Wow, the steak fajitas were awesome. I called ahead and spoke to Ruben himself. He said just let your server know your food allergies when you order. I’ve been there several times now and it has been excellent.

Very accommodating, we eat here quite often and never have my children or husband been “glutened”

They do not have an actual gluten free menu, however the waiter who didn’t have a clue about what did or did not have gluten, was very careful to inform himself. I didn’t not get sick I will try this again

The owner spoke to us and confirmed that all of their meats are gluten free. They also offer a gluten free tortilla option. Quick food , great taste. Will go back.
