Review of Rubio's

Shift leader was stoned and knew absolutely nothing about gluten and made zero attempt to help problem solve to help avoid cross contamination (such as using foil on the grill for the corn tortillas.) I’ve been to other locations with much more knowledgeable staff. This is not one of them. Eat at your own risk.
