Review of Ruby Emma Hotel & Bar

Hip and trendy hotel with lots of GF (and vegan) options in their breakfast buffet. GF bread available and baked upon request. Various kinds GV granola available as well. No seperate GV kitchen. A buffet breakfast is always a bit of a risk, however, we had breakfast twice and didn’t get any symptoms.
