Driven by the philosophy that you can have a mouth-watering meal without compromising on nutrition, Ruby Lane focuses on good, wholesome, local food.
Ruby Lane will re-introduce you to real food and re-establish your definition of ‘healthy foods’. You’ll eat yourself happy with dishes created from natural, seasonal and nutrient-dense ingredients that will have you struggling to choose. Think vibrant smoothies, organic coffee, nourishing breakfast, broth bowls and organic wine with organic sticky braised beef burgers for lunch. Children will scrape plates clean with our un-fussy kids’ menu featuring favourites without the added sugar. Oh, and don’t forget the sweets cabinet, all gluten and refined sugar free : )
There’s solar panels on the roof, an efficient recycling system and food waste is turned into bio-energy. We also donate to The Sealife trust to help preserve and protect the awesome turtles of the Northern Beaches, teach local disadvantaged kids healthy recipes, give jar and bottle discounts for bringing your own cup, returning your kombucha bottle or chia pudding jar etc. to ensure the world is a better place.
