We stopped there for breakfast several times-wait staff is knowledgeable about GF and there are several options for GF. And food is good!

Pros - I got the Spanish omelette and chicken sausage with fruit. The foods was pretty good. They staff was knowledgeable about gluten allergies and what I could eat.

Cons - the French toast is NOT gluten free. They make all the French toast in the same bath so it's horribly cross contaminated. The they also use the same fryer for everything so you cannot get the fries, potatoes, and tater tots.

We LOVED our meal! My husband has Celiac, so we always are careful at home, but heavily rely on this ap when we travel. He had the gluten-friendly French toast with sausage links and it was DIVINE! He hasn’t had any reaction so we have been grateful! All the other people in our party also talked about how wonderful the food was! We LOVE the Ruby Slipper!

We gave it two tries. The Destin one is not good. Food comes out cold and over cooked. Does not even compare to the ones in Pensacola or Mobile. Definitely want to avoid this one.

I love their breakfast! I got the GF French toast 10/10!! The only thing is that whenever we tried to order online we couldn’t find the GF options, and when we called the restaurant for help, the girl on the phone just said “it’s on there”, not being really helpful. Other than that we love coming here!

I found out about The Ruby Slipper from Find Me Gluten Free. The restaurant was very clean and Jerry, my server, was very helpful. I had the Migas with crawfish and breakfast potatoes. It was absolutely delicious. All fried items are cooked in a shared fryer so do be sure to ask questions.

Very good! I got the Eggs Cochon and it was lovely. They have a dedicated Gluten Free menu.
