I was overall disappointed with my experience here. I got the Costa Rican and it came with fried plantains. Upon learning the frier is shared, I asked them if they could do the plantains stovetop. They couldn’t and served me regardless. I asked them to remake it and the next dish came with chorizo, which was not on the gluten free menu. I asked about it and the waitress was not sure if it contained gluten. The chef ended up coming out to answer my questions.
The staff was really nice and the coffee was great, but I didn’t feel comfortable eating my food. I felt like I waited a long time for answers, and it seemed like their gluten free menu was either out of date or incorrect. Please take precaution eating here and ask a lot of questions. I didn’t get sick but I’d be cautious to return.
