Went to Ruby Sunshine as they have an extensive gluten free menu listed online. However, upon notifying waitstaff of a gluten allergy and celiac disease the manager came over and notified me that all the GF items were prepped and cooked in the same areas. They did not have a dedicated GF toaster or GF fryer eliminating most items for me to order from their dedicated GF menu. I did order the “Migas” (without the tortilla strips) and it was tasty. Overall my experience was fine and I was happy the staff was communicative and honest however, I would most likely not return due to the limited truly gluten free options.
