Our server Judah was INCREDIBLE!! He warned me to not eat the French toast or French toast sticks as they are dipped into the same mixture as the regular bread. He said he couldn't guarantee that the sausage was gluten free and recommended picking a different option. I asked what oil the potatoes were cooked in as I can't have certain oils. He said it was soy oil and I said nevermind and picked something else. Judah offered to ask the cooks to cook my food in a skillet to avoid it coming in contact with the soy oil. When he brought the food, he said that he watched them make it so it was guaranteed to be safe. I didn't get sick at all, praise the Lord! Do be wary and ask questions as the French toast sticks, French toast, and sausage were all on the gluten free friendly menu with no further cautions

Very good gluten-free menu, large selection of meals and sides, and knowledgeable servers here in Chattanooga’s restaurant with respect to celiac diet and needs. Great food and fun atmosphere.

We ate brunch here while in Chattanooga. I was a little disappointed having been to Ruby Slipper and all items are marked on the menu GF but here that was not the case. They did say that they were in the middle of a menu change. Hopefully next time I visit that will not be an issue. The waitress was not knowledgeable about many GF items but was friendly enough to go ask the bartender and chef about items. I had the Skinny Migas. It was okay. I was hoping for a little more spinach. Despite the lack of GF items marked I would visit here again. The staff was very pleasant.

What a wonderful meal! MANY gluten free/allergen free options, staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Service was fast, food was excellent, price was good. We had a great experience and will definitely go back!

A big gluten free menu, but NOT a dedicated fryer so it says breakfast potatoes and fries are gluten free, but there would be obvious cross-contamination. The staff were knowledgeable and aware of celiac’s and made the kitchen aware. 🤞 no reaction, but I feel pretty good about it.
