Good food choices, but the services has been terrible EVERY SINGLE TIME! The last time we were there the waitress spilled a drink on our table and never came to clean it up. She brought our food, but no silverware, we had to find our own. She left our check at the table and never came back. My husband finally went to the bar to pay.

They need a graphic designer like "me", to create a color menue with pictures. What a put down, when they handed me this sinful plain white paper in a clear plastic sleeve. Give us dignity please. I appreciate your effort, but you can do BETTER. HIRE ME!! It won't cost you much, and your gluten rating will sore and you will get more business! As there will be more glukes like me due to GMO!

I ordered from the menu as posted on here, only things that were safe: Petite Sirloin, White Cheddar Mashed Potatoes, Grilled Zucchini. I explained to my server that I had a "severe gluten allergy" and that I needed cross-contamination minimized - i.e. please grill my steak on a piece of foil, clean utensils, etc. She either did not relay that information, or the kitchen chose to ignore it, because I became very sick and it ruined 2.5 days of my vacation. I wouldn't recommend this location.

I feel the same way about this GF "menu" as I do about many others. Yes, they tell you what is safe and what isn't, but it's not a true GF menu. It's depressing to have to order food without dressing, without sauce, without bread. I'd be more impressed if they started offering a gluten free bun for the burgers and some safer sauces on their entrees.

Ruby Tuesday in Niceville has a very knowledgeable wait staff as well as wonderful food. Most of my family are Celiac and have enjoyed eating out at Ruby Tuesdays with no problems at all. Their food is yummy and the portions are enormous, Their Gluten Free menu is extensive so you get a good selection and we have found them always willing to work with us on our order. Lovely people and a lovely restaurant.. I have to revise this review because my daughter and I got glutened the last time we went there. We saw the classic BBQ sauce on the gluten free menu and called in to make sure it was indeed gluten free.We were told it was. It wasn't. Now we are both very sick. It is the first time anything like this has happened with Ruby Tuesdays. Ordinarily they are so good and knowledgeable. They told us that the menu had been revamped. DO NOT eat the ribs with classic BBQ sauce if you need to be gluten free.

The manager of this Ruby Tuesday has Celiac! He is really good about warning customers of hidden gluten and more than willing to make substitutions if needed (ie spaghetti squash instead of regular noodles). I highly recommend this location.

i just found out that i am gluten intolerant so i plan to make Ruby Tuesday my first location to start my new life style. i picked this location because the place is very clean first and foremost. But the staff is great at assisting their patrons, and i love how the kitchen staff come out to see how you enjoyed your meal. And i must say its always fresh. I love the way that do things there.

No stars in my opinion - but have to give one to at least show my reiew! dont eat there!!! We did take out. First mistake. After arguing with the guy on phone the seriousness of not having bread or fries touch my burger - and opting for a baked potato on side. I opened my container after my boyfriend picked up the food and I had a bun and fries spewed in my container- the burger was half wrapped in wax paper(back exposed) and a bun thrown in with fries. After digging my burger from the gluten hell I discovered they laid the burger in wax paper while hot and all cheese was melted into the paper. Needless to say lost my money, didnt have my dinner and they lost a customer- they need to learn the seriousness of a GF diet.

The salad bar bus fresh and inviting, but I wasn't thinking about other diners and cross contamination and I got sick. The service was awesome and I would go back for dinner just not salad.

I had a question about a sauce and the waitress went and got the ingredient list from the package for me to check to see if it was gluten free. They have a good variety of gluten free options and the salad bar even though it might have some cross contamination when I noticed an item that had fallen on a gf item they brought out another fresh container.

The hostess didn't know right away whether they had a GF menu, but eventually located a binder for food allergens and let me take it to my table. It's two pages of recommended substitutions & deletions of their menu items. I still questioned the server on a few things, and all seemed well. Overall, it worked out great. Even though they didn't have anything specifically FOR Celiacs, they did a good job of informing me what I could have and how to go about it. Binder was dated January 2013, so I felt confident with the information.

Being gluten, dairy, soy, and egg intolerant and vegan makes things interesting. They had their allergen menu readily available. I chose the baked potato with salsa and avocado on it and steamed zucchini. I also had tortilla chips and salsa. They had no beans for proteins source. A lot of times I will bring a small container of beans to throw on top when I go to the restaurant. Slim Pickens but I didn't starve.

For those with cayenne pepper sensitivity or allergy, steaks are seasoned in cayenne pepper unless requested not to be. There is also a lengthy allergy alert list by request! :)

gf menu is list of what you can't have for a limited number of entrees - no sauces, biscuits, bun, rice, etc and the condiment listing but who eats out just to have condiments. Then after I order my New Orleans seafood it comes with the cream sauce on it so I get to watch my husband eat his sirloin and coconut shrimp with onion rings completely before my remade fish arrives with only a small sorry from the waitress. Wonder if the chef has ever tried eating this - maybe if they did - some effort would be put into making the dishes whole entrees not just parts of meals - if the regular meal needs a sauce , maybe something could be offered for the gf meal - the seasoning is strong and spicy - probably why you added the cream sauce!

as a vegan with a gluten allergy, ruby Tuesday does have one dish that is quite good. the spagetti squash marinara was the only thing on menu I could eat but it was enjoyable. I gave 3 stars because waiter could have been more sensitive when he waved the cheddar biscuits under my gluten free nose. as gluten allergies become more understood, I hope they add more items to menu and possibly a dessert.

Unfortunately, four times out of five I have gone to any Ruby Tuesdays the staff always bring my food with gluten . The staff is NOT TRAINED for food allergies ! I have spoke with management about the fact " if your restaurant provides GF and other allergen menus, then everyone needs to be aware".

I just escaped from the icebox that is Ruby Tuesday's. They keep it so cold, your body aches. As for the food, my husband's cream was spoiled and the waitress' response was that it was not past the expiration date and offered plain milk! I guess the other patrons get to have spoiled cream as well. Food took forever to arrive and was cold in a few minutes, thanks to the icy cold air conditioning. The gluten free option arrived lukewarm, tough, and tasteless. I had a few bites and stopped eating. Yuck! Worst experience ever!

Nice variety on the menu. After stressing to the waitress to be sure it was gluten free, my meal was served covered with a sauce containing gluten. I called it to the waitress' attention and after her insisting it had no gluten she finally checked with the chef and apologized and told me a new dish would be ready right away. 40 minutes later my meal arrived. Don't know what was on it but I was I'll for three days. The manager offered us a free cupcake, though and since it was made with wheat, we declined. More proof he had no idea about gluten allergies. Needless to say I won't go back there.

HORRIBLE experience here! Ordered the turkey burger GF with no condiments. They sent it out with bun and everything on it. I'm like, people make mistakes, but before I sent it back my husband told me to cut the burger. I waited 20 minutes while my family ate. They proceeded to "reserve" me the same burger. Of course I saw the cut and told my waiter. We asked to speak to the manager, who happened to be the chef too?! He had no customer service skills at all! And tried to tell me by burger had been remade until I showed him the cut. My husband was livid! I walked away after an hour 1/2 of slow/poor service (not once did they ask to refill our drinks) without eating! They suggested we do not pay for our meal! I expected at least that! Would not recommend this location unless they totally change management!

Dedicated menu lists which foods already on menu are GF. Nothing specially prepared. Contamination issues possible as they do not guarantee anything in the kitchen. Server was not knowledgable; relied entirely on menu (which was a printout from their website) for info. That being said, the GF selection I ate (Creole Catch) was decent for a chain restaurant and so far no tummy troubles.

Staff is willing to help. However, if you are in a hurry, print off the gf menu at home since they have to go online in the restaurant and print them off so it takes extra time - the gf menus are not ready to go.

We used to eat here occasionally, won't return. The menu changing and staff not being informed can result in cross contamination. We ate there last night, first time in months and while the food seemed OK, and we avoided everything we knew of that might have gluten or MSG, husband got a migraine and I had stomach upset. The "seasonings" that are subtly added to meats and fish often have gluten and/or MSG and other additives. If you check their gluten free menu, you have to request no seasoning to avoid these which is not explained on the menu. But even if you do, if they cook everything on the same grill and the cooks don't take care, then you get something you didn't order. We won't be returning anytime soon.

They had a menu on how to order the regular menu items as gf. I got a very tasty chicken dish and was surprised at how good it was. Not too pricey either. I'd go again since its easy to find this chain restaurant in most areas

I went a few months ago, so they may have changed their menu, but I was totally unimpressed with the gluten free menu. My belief is that if you're going to be gluten free, at least make a dedicated effort. No point in just putting your salads and random items on a gluten free menu just to have one because honestly, anyone with Celiacs could pick those items off a menu regardless, without someone helping them. Try again Ruby Tuesday....

This place is totally disgusting! The management is terribly poor, the salad bar is wilted, the water tastes dirty and the food was cold. We have gone back on many occasions in hopes that things have improved, but no. Bottom line, save your $$$ or go elsewhere.

Not a good review. Waiter was very unsure about the entire menu & even worse when it came to allergy menu. He tried to convince me something was allergy free when there is no way it was. Didn't take chance of it, so didn't eat here. Be careful with allergies at this restaurant.

First time in a Ruby's in 6+ years. GF kids *LOVED* their food. My food was good, too. (Salmon a wee bit dry.) Great salad. Very friendly host & wait staff. Pleasant atmosphere. One of the largest & most GF varied menus I have encountered. Three choices & many sides on kids' menu.
