They said they have a gluten-free menu but when I asked for it, the waitress has no idea, but they had a burger with a gluten free bun. The place is filthy, so I’m sure I’m going to be getting gluten from cross contamination. Wish me luck

From what I understand they are under new management. My wife and 2 kids are allergic to wheat and nuts. When the new manager heard we had allergies he came to talk to us at the table. Only, we didn't know who he was at first. He just started to talk with us and asked how we liked the salad bar. He explained that his kids also have the same allergies and he takes it very seriously. This was such a good experience. We are not from the area just passing through on a road trip, but we will be stopping in on the way back. I didn't get the man's name but I appreciate him very much. My wife and kids are usually very nervous to eat anything unless we cook in our own kitchen. We learned from him that they have a Gluten Free menu on their website and that's the best place to find what you want and you can know ahead what you will order. He told us if he was to print the whole menu it would be 62 pages long. Just understand that's not all gluten free, that would be the entire menu. Let them know you are gluten free. The manager even brought the box of GF hamburger buns out and let me read the label for myself. The box label had the Udi's brand name, not nuts or wheat. I can not say enough how much I appreciate the staff taking allergies seriously.

Ordered steak, a potato, and green beans all off the gf menu and explained I am intolerant and will get sick. They fed me my food and here I am....sick. Not to mention, the place isn't all that clean. This is unfortunate considering they are the only place to eat in a 30min radius.
Haven't been to a Ruby Tuesday in a while, but they now have GF buns and GF pasta. I didn't try either of those this visit because I ordered a steak, but I'm willing to check it out in a future visit. I did ask the server about GF options, and he was aware that they had these options and offered to bring me their allergen menu. I didn't give it 5 stars because I didn't really try the GF options, so can't speak to cross contamination, taste, etc.
Ordered off of the gluten free menu and my chicken was brought to me on a bun by the manager. When I told him it was supposed to be gluten free, so no bun, he went to the kitchen and just removed the bun so now there's cross contamination. He then proceeded to ask me if the avocado and bacon contained gluten. They didn't take me seriously at all and if you are affected by cross contamination I highly suggest going somewhere else. Manager and staff seemed completely unaware of the gluten free menu and were definitely not trained properly.

Local chain restaurant, has a good burger and gluten free bun that I get all the time and never had a reaction to. There isn’t a dedicated fryer so I get the steamed broccoli as a side.

I Google the GF menu before coming in so I could somewhat prepare myself, which I'm glad I did, they did have a GF menu, but it took a while to get and was somewhat confusing to read, however when I ordered I said I was celiac and they did a great job making sure I was kept safe.
