Staff are very informed, there is a gluten-free list of acceptable items that is updated periodically. The gluten free pasta primavera with chicken was amazing! They say they don't guarantee lack of cross contamination in the kitchen, however.

Went to Ruby Tuesday last night for dinner. They have new
items on the gluten free menu! There are new apps and
gluten free pasta. My husband got the new california
primavera w/ GF pasta and grilled shrimp he said it was very
good! It comes w/ a salad also. For people traveling this
is right off the I-40 exit no 347 in harriman tn.

L went in with my Mom. I am a celiac and I am also allergic to tomatoes. Our waitress let me use the notebook to check which foods were safe then told the manager that I needed a special salad prepared. He made the salad himself and came by several times to check on us. We were so pleased , we came back the next day and ate again!

Local chain restaurant, has a good burger and gluten free bun that I get all the time and never had a reaction to. There isn’t a dedicated fryer so I get the steamed broccoli as a side.

Great full size salad bar with lots of options for gluten free eating. Menu has many options for gluten free lunch and dinner as well. Always a good meal with nice staff.

I Google the GF menu before coming in so I could somewhat prepare myself, which I'm glad I did, they did have a GF menu, but it took a while to get and was somewhat confusing to read, however when I ordered I said I was celiac and they did a great job making sure I was kept safe.
