I went to Ruby Tuesday in Troy, Ohio. The waitress was familiar with the safe gluten free items and had the latest menu. The manager came over and assured me the kitchen was set up to prevent cross contamination and the staff was trained. Great experience. Hamburger bun was delicious.
They do not have Gluten free menu in the restaurant and have to go online to find what they have while internet was very slow and waitress keep asking if you need more time. I think they should keep the paper menu at the restaurant.
We eat here a lot, never been had a problem. They really do try their hardest to keep gluten free items that way.

I Google the GF menu before coming in so I could somewhat prepare myself, which I'm glad I did, they did have a GF menu, but it took a while to get and was somewhat confusing to read, however when I ordered I said I was celiac and they did a great job making sure I was kept safe.

They have a great selection of burgers and you ask for a GF bun! The salad bar is always a good choice, and we like the service.
