Very good the sever was very good and understands if you are gluten-free
— Yes, the establishment is dedicated gluten-free

Gluten intolerant to 20ppm. I haven't had a problem eating here. And to get a burger! 😍
This is the first time that we’ve eaten at a Ruby Tuesday since my daughter was diagnosed. She absolutely loved the hamburger bun to the point that I got nervous maybe it wasn’t GF — but it was! She had a side salad because the french fries are not cooked in a dedicated fryer but she really enjoyed the salad too. The server wasn’t particularly aware of GF issues but was very helpful. It actually gave me confidence that the restaurant chain must have good protocols in the kitchen.
I love to eat here and I've never gotten sick.
Yes
Wait person said there was a process to flag orders as GF when they went into kitchen. Ordered deconstructed kabob...steak and veggies grilled without the stick. No problems. Restaurant itself looked like it needs a cosmetic refresh. My gluten eating partner ate regular fish and chips and they came out nice and hot and were fine.

Local chain restaurant, has a good burger and gluten free bun that I get all the time and never had a reaction to. There isn’t a dedicated fryer so I get the steamed broccoli as a side.
