They had a special “Celiac” designation in their order software, which made me feel safer. The manager was sweet: she gave me a fruit cup free of charge.

The cashier taking my order was so nice. She told the kitchen that I had celiac and told me they’d make sure to change their gloves etc. The burger tasted amazing. The fries are cooked in contaminated oil, so not celiac safe, but can sub for a salad. I also don’t think they upcharged for a GF bun (yay!). 10/10 recommend

Saw good reviews so I went in excited for a burger. I asked for the gluten free menu. The hostess said there wasn’t one but everything is gluten free except the buns. There’s chicken fingers on the menu… I assumed this was a hostess error but the waitress said similar but did say there was gluten free buns. Not listed anywhere on the menu and they seemed to not understand what I was asking. They just nodded and kept pushing me to order. I politely declined and left.

Delayed in the airport for 8 hours. The hamburgers and Cesar salad were so good we ate here twice! Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Fries are contaminated.

Waitress brought Nick, the manager, over to our table. He explained all that available and explained how they would handle my order. He seemed very knowledgeable and I had no adverse reactions from eating there. I had the chick burger on gluten free bread which was the best gluten free burger bread I have ever had. Also a Caesar salad. All dressing there are gluten free. It was delicious.

WOW!!! One of the best burgers with a GF bun ever! Staff was so knowledgeable and asked if we were Celiac so they could tell the kitchen. No fry options but the house salad with delicious ranch was perfect for this fry lover.

I had a cheese burger and was sitting near the kitchen. They appear to have a solid process for managing celiac orders from what I observed. The burgers can be made with a gluten free bun or with lettuce wrap. Fries are a cross contamination risk. I went for a side salad instead

Amazing food. I ordered a guacamole burger, the waitress had knowledge on the celiac disease. Recommended 🍔

The manager knew what Celiac disease is and was really knowledgeable. Walked me through what was safe and unsafe. Unreal at an airport!

Eat here. Be happy. They have procedures in place to cater safely for celiac.

When I asked for a burger in a gluten free bun the waiter immediately asked if it was for allergy and pointed out that the fries were cross contaminated and offered a side salad instead.
Waitress knew of Celiac and instantly brought out a manager to make sure everything went smoothly.

Knowledgeable and genuinely interested in providing a celiac safe meal. Hostess not as aware but wait staff and manager very aware. Provided separate cooking surfaces for eggs and bacon and substituted a side to replace potatoes that were indicated as cross contaminated. Identified a potential issue with the bacon and made a new safe serving for me. Great.

I think that they probably learned from their experience with our family - they were honest and apologetic that they told us the sweet potato fries were gluten free, and then later (after we had eaten a bunch) the manager came over and said “do you have celiac?” Because they were fried in same frier as mozzarella sticks... they didn’t charge us for our food, and I appreciated the honesty, and the GF burgers were some of the best we have had, but we will have symptoms tonight. I hope this restaurant is safer because of this experience with our family.
Wow! Pretty good burger for airport food! They offer gluten free hamburger buns or will wrap it in a lettuce wrap for you. The kitchen manager cane by to ask if I was celiac or intolerant. Said the fries are cooked in a shared fryer and offered a fruit cup, side salad or bag of chips as an alternative. Said he has the cooks change gloves and clean spatulas. Burgers are cooked on a separate grill and prepared in a separate clean space. I was impressed with his knowledge and his sense of concern. I felt extremely safe. Even told him about this app and he wanted to know the name since he had no idea it existed and thought it was “pretty cool”
