They don’t have a dedicated frier so skip the fries. Some of the staff are very well versed in Gluten-free. One of the “servers” went into detail about what was safe to eat and what could be made GF and what wasn’t. Their roasted Brussel Sprouts are delicious but be ware they are flash fried after they are roasted. Knowing my issues with Gluten they skipped the final process to keep it GF. They have Gluten-free buns, for an additional $2 charge. Overall the food was tasty and the staff friendly and competent.
