Nice little deli for a great sandwich. I had the turkey avocado sandwich and they asked if it was intolerance or celiac. They knew to take special precautions to prevent cross contamination.

Super friendly - super knowledgeable! I grabbed a sandwich to go on my way to Denver International Airport with my friend and I had confidence based on the reviews :) i asked the kitchen staff which were the safest options and they gave me advice for the Bacon Girl :)

Multiple visits with zero indifferent. They're always super cool and knowledgeable. When you ask for the gluten free bread, they ask you if it's for an "allergy or preference" so they can take best care of you. Other restaurants really should take note!

Great lunch stop for a busy day of activities. Any of the sandwiches can be made gluten free upon request. Staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly.

My son and I were so excited to have a GF deli option especially in the small area of Winter Park. Their menu is amazing and the food was great! A new skiing favorite! Be sure to tell them it’s GF for an allergy/celiac

Took my very sensitive celiac daughter here and she did not have any reaction. They were very knowledgable and gave us specific guidance on how each sandwich was prepared to include using a separate prep area and clean gloves

Good,safe place for those with CD to go have a sandwich. They use separate utensils and cutting boards in a clean area. Toasted bread (Udi’s) is placed on foil, but they are happy to leave the bread fresh if toasted makes you nervous. The staff is friendly and knows which items are safe. They are fine with lots of questions. Good, not fantastic sandwiches for a quick stop.

This place is so celiac friendly. They are celiac not just GF aware. The server couldn't have been more helpful. My panini and soup were fantastic. I will be back.
