I looked up the menu on line before going to dinner. I narrowed my choices down to steak( ribeye) and eggs, a house salad with jumbo grilled shrimp, grilled chicken with baked potatoes and a side salad. I need up ordering the salad with grilled shrimp and a side of rice pilaf. I was satiated, the food was good abs I had no digestive issues. You have to look very close at their menu however it is possible to come up with gf options.

No gf menu, cross contamination is high. Had just rice pudding & ice cream.
