They didn’t know much about celiac disease but after I showed them the card in Spanish about what it’s about and I was really on top of things we got a hotdog without bun but with the rest of the toppings. There is a risk of cross contamination but the owner was very helpful and told the other guy to use a clean new fork, take the hotdog from a corner and under the others and to take tomato from another pot.
