Rumba Cubana

I asked if the garlic sauce had wheat flour (harina). The waiter came back and said yes. Arroz con pollo (chicken and rice) did not. It shouldn't from recipes i know. It was excellent.

I called and spoke to a manager who said they don't have anything gluten free. He was pretty adamant about it as well, his exact words were "oh no. no. definitely not."
