Enjoyed my experience here. GF pasta can be subbed in on any pasta dish, although only one type of pasta (penne). The dish was great, I had an Italian sausage pasta with a red sauce and mushrooms. The GF pasta itself was only alright, it fell apart easily. But it’s still nice they have the option! Our server said it was prepared separately/not in the same pot as the gluten pasta. The service was top notch and we really felt like we had taken a little trip to Italy!
Update: I returned here and while the overall experience was stellar and the food excellent, they were much less cautious about gluten. It was a busy night, and they told me they cook all the pasta in the same pot. I also have been extremely achy/bloated for 3 days, think my chicken dish must have been contaminated somehow. It may have been the gravy served with it. Delicious, but diner beware.
